Torger Reve (1949)

OCCUPATION: President of and professor at BI Norwegian School of Management.

EDUCATION: Ph.D. in marketing, Northwestern University, USA, EFMD in Brüssels. 

BOARD POSITIONS: Former chairman of the board of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) and former member of the boards of Lærdal Medical AS, Mega Tankers AS, Wolsdal & Partners,  AS, IT Fornebu AS, Abelia (NHO) and EFMD.
EXPERIENCE: President at BI Norwegian School of Management, Managing director at the Foundation for Research in Economics and Business Administration (SNF) and Professor at Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Guest professor at several universities in Asia and United States.

Berit Svendsen (1963)

OCCUPATION: Head of Telenor Nordic Fixed

EDUCATION: Graduate Engineer, NTNU. Masters in technology management from
the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

BOARD POSITIONS: Chairman of the Boards of Data-Respons ASA and Simula Research Laboratory, member oft the board of Firm and member of an international advisory body to the EU Commission in connection with ICT.
EXPERIENCE: Employed by Telenor since 1988 as, among other things, a researcher, division director and executive vice president and CTO.

Tone Helen Hanken (1962)

Several years as elected employee representative and as employee representative on factory boards. 14 years as chair of Sykkylven Treindustriarbeiderforening (trade union). Member of the National Executive Committee of Norsk Treindustriarbeiderforbund and member of the pay negotiating committee from 1990 until the present day.

Carl Graff-Wang (1943)
VICE CHAIRMAN

OCCUPATION: Independent Consultant.
EDUCATION: Master of Science in Business, Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
BOARD POSITIONS: Member of the boards of OBOS, Norsk Kjøkkeninvest ASA, NSV Invest AS and Aberdeen Eiendomsfond, Norway. Member of the audit committee of Storebrand ASA. Previously held board positions in several national companies.
EXPERIENCE: Finance Director of Ford Motor Norge AS 1968-1970, employed by Norsk Scania 1970-91 (Managing Director 1976-1991). Managing Director of NSV Invest AS 1987-91.

Jens Petter Ekornes (1942)
BOARD MEMBER

OCCUPATION: Senior Consultant, Ekornes ASA.

EDUCATION: Treider College.

BOARD POSITIONS: Chairman of the Board of ANS Moagård. Member of the boards of
 Sunnmøre Veginvest AS and Fjord1. In addition he has held a
number of board positions, both local and national.

EXPERIENCE: Has held a number of positions within the group, mostly recently as
CEO until 2002.

Arnstein Johannessen (1956)
BOARD MEMBER (EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE)

OCCUPATION: Operator, steel department of J.E. Ekornes AS.

EDUCATION: Management and communication, and the work manager school (inter
nal courses).

EXPERIENCE: Started at Ekornes in 1974. Has worked in the steel department since
1980. Has been the senior employee representative, an employee representative and
 sat on the negotiations committee. Member of the board of Ekornes ASA since 1997.

Ragna Skarshaug (1965)

EDUCATION: Community college (tailoring major). Experience: 10 years as a sewing
machine operator, senior employee representative for two years, currently employee
